"You've got a deathwish I tell you"- Yasmin Alabi Brown to Marcus Brigstocke on The Late Editon tonight after the airing of a sketch involving three, apparently Muslim, women rhythmically blowing their veils away from their faces in time to Strauss' Blue Danube Waltz.
I winced as the sketch was shown. Alabi-Brown looked shocked. Brigstock looked genuinely scared for a second after her comment. Good. I've always found him a bit smug.
